30s/40s Fellowship GroupThis group (ages 30-49) is planning three larger monthly get-togethers, plus a number of activities like hikes, game nights, outdoor movies, and more around Seattle throughout the summer. Our final larger group event will be in September. Sign-up for more information!
50+ Fellowship Group (Non-Retired)This fellowship group meets on the 3rd Sunday of each month at Bethany Greenlake. In addition to our monthly meeting time, we will plan various indoor and outdoor activities and gatherings creating friendships and fun outside of work.

Art, Faith, & Social Justice (meeting twice per month)A small group for artists and non-artists alike pursuing God's call for social and environmental justice through creative expression and activism. This is a time of extraordinary division in our country and a critical opportunity to pursue truth, healing, and transformation through Christ. Our group will examine issues through a creative lens, including the sharing and discussion of art, and provide a restorative, prayerful environment in support of each member's personal calling to serve. We are a Bethany Community Church-centered small group but will accept any who feel called to attend regardless of church affiliation or faith. At present, we do not offer childcare but hope to do so in the new year. If interested, please let us know! Isaiah 1:17 Learn to do right; seek justice. Defend the oppressed. Board Game NightsWe meet on a mostly regular basis to build fellowship and friendly competition through cardboard, cards, dice and scoresheets. Games range from the old classic card games to the newfangled Euro-strategy games; absolutely zero experience is required, and all ages/life stages are welcome. Led by Zach Bloomfield & Kelsea Ballantyne, with occasional rotating co-hosting by group members.

BWM Inbounds Ski Touring at Snoqualmie PassNo childcare, but young uphill equipped kids are welcome with parents. Specialized gear: Participants need to have alpine touring skis, skins, boots and bindings, or comparable split snowboard.* Physical fitness: Must have the ability to walk uphill for 1-2 hours, carrying a small pack and snow clothing. Ski ability: Open to beginner or intermediate downhill skiers. The downhill runs range from easy (green), to intermediate (blue) and advanced (black) Ski pass: A Snoqualmie Season Pass and/or an Uphill Travel Pass. Uphill Pass is $50 (free with season pass) *Call Don at 206-355-3715 for additional ways to participate, ie rentals, borrowing, or carrying alpine gear.

Mill Creek GroupThis intergenerational group meets on Tuesday three times per month using a hybrid, 3 weeks on / 1 week off schedule. The first meeting of each month is at Collins' home in Mill Creek. The second meeting of each month is online. The third meeting each month is at the Highland home in Silver Firs. We will be studying Ephesians starting our first meeting in February.

Prayer Walk Around New Bethany North Building NeighborhoodsJoin Pastor Scott and Leif Stenfjord (co-leads) for a weekly prayer walk around the neighborhoods of our new building as we pray and discern how God wants us to meet the needs of our new neighbors and bring God’s light to bear in real and practical ways. We will meet at Woods Coffee to share names and grab a drink and then set out on a new prayer route each week to pray, walk, see, and listen where God is leading us in the season ahead to be a blessing in our new neighborhood. No photography experience is needed to join this group of folks using the art of photography to see through a new lens. Bring your curiosity and camera or cell phone, and prepare yourself to see God. Thursday Bible Study - Winter/Spring 2025Meeting for over a decade, our Thursday Bible Study has a history of focusing on Scripture while building relationships, making our big church a bit smaller and creating spaces for folks to share life together. We will use our time together to gather as large group to hear a brief devotional and then break into our consistent small groups where we’ll discuss the Bible study from the week, share life together, and pray. Women's Bible Study occurs at 10am, and childcare is provided with advance registration. At 7pm, we have both men's and women's groups, but childcare will not be available. With two different times on Thursday, we hope there’s a good fit for you! The cost to attend the study is $35. For Winter/Spring 2025, we will meet on Thursdays from January 23 through May 22. We’re excited to study I Corinthians with in-person devotionals from Bethany folks, great small group discussions, and a study book from NT Wright. Trail Running GroupJoin other trail runners at 6:15pm once a month at Discovery Park to enjoy creation and build community! We will generally run 4.5 miles on the loop trail and out to the lighthouse with approximately 350ft of elevation gain.
