Please fill this application for our Intergenerational Serve Team at Camp Attitude- serving families of kids with disabilities in Foster, Oregon, from Saturday., Aug. 1 - Friday., Aug. 7 

There is limited space to serve,  so this year we are asking you to complete this application. Please see the important dates below to see when the team will be announced. 

Trainings and team meetings are MANDATORY (unless clear make-up options are planned in advance):

Sun., March 1st - APPLICATIONS DUE
Tue., March 3rd - TEAM ANNOUNCED
Sun, March 22nd, 12:30-2pm FIRST TEAM GATHERING
Sun., May. 3rd - Team Gathering 2, 12:30-2, PAPERWORK PARTY
Sat., May 16th, Refuel Day, 1-4pm
Sun., June 8th - In service prayer for all Mission Teams at each services
Tues., June 16th, 7:30-8:30pm - ONLINE Team Time, PAPERWORK DEADLINE
Sun., July 26th - Camp Attitude Team Time 3 - 12:30-2pm, Bethany CLC
Thu., Jul 30th, 7:30-8:30pm Bethany CLC
Sat., Aug. 1 - Fri., Aug. 7 - CAMP
