Creation Speaks: Finding God in the Everyday

Sometimes we come to God looking for answers, conviction, or a to-do list, when what we really need is His presence. Creation can help us slow down enough to receive it. Join us for Communing in Creation, a hands-on class exploring why Jesus told us to "look at the birds" and "see how the flowers grow." Together we'll study Matthew 6:25-30, spend a few quiet minutes with creation reflecting on what God might be showing us. 

We'll practice "sacred noticing," used throughout the ages to turn our attention toward God through the ordinary things we see every day, from a backyard tree to Mt. Rainier on your commute. You'll leave with a practice of your own. No experience needed, and everyone is welcome, including friends who are curious about faith. Come slow down, look up, and be met by God.
