Come join us for a Sauna session at the scenic Edmonds waterfront! If you are brave, try out a cold plunge in the Puget sound as well! Whether you are new or a seasoned pro, you are welcome to join. 

Please note that sauna-ing and cold plunging have inherent health risks, this activity may not be right for those with certain pre-existing conditions. Please talk to your doctor if you are unsure if you should join.
