Racial Justice

Racial Justice & Reconciliation Ministry

You’re invited to be formed by God’s heart of justice, restoration, and repair through the Ministry of Racial Justice and Reconciliation. Together we are part of the diverse Body of Christ, held together by the Holy Spirit.

As a community, we are committed to:

1. Bring our understanding and experiences of culture, ethnicity, and race into the realm of discipleship.

2. Respond to racism and racial harm with God’s justice and reconciliation (Eph 2:14, 1 Cor 5:18-19).

3. Celebrate racial, ethnic, and cultural diversity as the gift God made it to be (Gen 1:27) and that is reflected in God’s kingdom (Rev 7:9).

Healing and Reconciliation Process

We are engaging restorative justice practices to deepen the conversation around race and to build a culture of empathy, apology, and forgiveness.

Restorative Circles
Join a restorative circle for an experiential practice of sharing, listening, and being heard in our particularities of cultural, racial, and ethnic experience.

Pathways to Repair
Sharing stories builds bridges of trust so we can address racial harm through facilitated pathways to repair.
